Our team initiated its first project to save environment continuing with plantation with the help of its members and local authorities. Further, our team organized numerous blood donation and medical camps to serve the humanity. Along with this, the organization sponsored the education of the needy and deserving students in various educational institutions.

Our approach

Umang Welfare Foundation (UWF) is an Indian based NGO which is endeavoring for the welfare of society and needy people. It is a registered organization in Patiala (Punjab) having Registration number DIC/PTA/SOCIETY/126 dated 30/06/2016. This foundation has started with only seven founding members and now more than hundred philanthropists have joined hands within India and abroad to strengthen it.Our team had initiated its first project to save environment continuing with plantation with the help of its members and local authorities. Further our team organized multifarious blood donation and medical camps to serve the humanity. Along with this the organization had sponsored the education of the needy and deserving students in various educational institutions.

Furthermore, the campaign “say no to plastic bags” was initiated by our team and followed in spirit by distributing cloth handbags with a view to avoid the usage of plastic bags at the small markets. As there is most dangerous and deadly disease spreading so fast in the society i.e Cancer, our team adopted unique method to make the people aware by conducting seminar on good food and bad food and also provided free of cost Wheat Grass Juice that helps to maintain good health. Apart from above, the other endeavors of our team relates to organizing Blood Donation camps, Medical Camps,  Awareness camp against dengue, Plantation of Saplings, helping poor patients, providing grocery to needy families and providing Fees and stationery to needy but promising students and many more.
