It was presented by honorable Finance Minister Advocate S. Harpal Singh Cheema, MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli, MLA Dr. Balbir Singh and DC. Ms. Sakshi Sahni(IAS). They appraised the efforts of Umang welfare foundation president Mr Arvinder Singh and His Team.
