Umang Welfare Foundation organized a special Self-Defence Camp on the occasion of International Women’s Day at Polytechnic Girls College, Patiala. The event aimed to empower young women with essential self-defence techniques and boost their confidence to face real-life challenges. Trained instructors demonstrated practical moves for personal safety and awareness. The camp highlighted the importance of physical and mental strength in ensuring women’s security. Students participated enthusiastically and appreciated the foundation’s initiative to promote women empowerment and safety through such meaningful and skill-based programs.
